• You may not upload or display nude or xrated images or videos on the Potspace website.
• 100% refunds will be given to subscribers without question if requested within 30 days of payment receival.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Potspace.com account. While Potspace.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Potspace cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Potspace.com service at your own risk.
